When life becomes overwhelming, it can be really helpful to talk things through with a fully qualified Therapist, in a warm and friendly environment. That's what I hope to provide for you.
I have experience of supporting children, young people and adults through a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, and would be happy to have an informal chat with you about your requirements.
My experience includes more than 5 years of counselling for the NSPCC’s Childline, as well as counselling and mentoring for various schools and agencies. I also hold both a Batchelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a member of, and therefore work to the strict ethical standards of, both The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The British Psychological Society (BPS).
